Freedom

What exactly is freedom? Where do we find it? How do we get it? How do we lose it? I think I can speak for everyone in say that we want it... but the question still remains how do we get it.  That answer is simple yet complicated. We get it from God but not the way most people try to get it. I know most are thinking it ain't so complicated we just accept Jesus as our Lord and savior and boom we have it it. So then what you be a good little christian and follow the rules, go to church and try to live a good life that would honor God. If this is what you think I think you missed the point. What God wants is our love... Deut 6:5 says to LOVE GOD with your everything. Once we give up and surrender to him then we truly find freedom. It is not about keeping rules, going to church or anything else except Loving God... and when you love God you want more of him constantly. Think about the first time you fell in love with someone. You wanted to be with them every chance you got... you would do anything in the world for them... you would give them everything you could... THAT IS WHAT IT SHOULD BE LIKE!!! If you surrender to that kind of love and truly experience GOD then you will find freedom.
